The BowSeat True Blue Fellowship 2025 invites creative and driven youth from around the world to bring their bold ideas to life. Applications are officially open for the 2025 cohort. Formerly known as the Fellowship Grant Program, this initiative continues Bow Seat’s mission to uplift youth-led creative projects addressing environmental and climate challenges. Founded by the Future Blue Youth Council (FBYC)—a collective of Bow Seat alumni—the fellowship was created to empower young people to take leadership in building a more sustainable and just planet.

Project Guidelines

Your proposed project can be short-term or long-term, but it must align with the fellowship’s vision. Projects should:

  • Use art as the main tool to inspire change and raise awareness.
  • Engage local communities through participation and outreach.
  • Generate tangible, measurable results for people and the environment.

Fellowship Benefits

Successful applicants will receive:

  • Up to $2,500 USD in direct project funding.
  • Mentorship and skill-building sessions with Bow Seat staff and members of the Future Blue Youth Council.

Eligibility Criteria

This fellowship welcomes young applicants from around the world who:

  • Are between 13 and 24 years old at the time of applying.

  • May apply individually or as part of a group (with one designated team leader).

  • Submit only one application per person or team.
  • Present a project that is new or less than two years old.
